Before I said yes to the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach Program, I was doing what so many caring, capable people do—carrying everyone else’s dreams while quietly shelving my own. I knew I was meant to serve at a deeper level, but I was tangled in the culturescape—chasing “shoulds,” confusing means goals for end goals, and letting imposter thoughts hold me back.
So for my birthday, I gave myself the best gift imaginable—the permission to finally say yes to myself.
Over the past few months, that yes transformed everything. The 3 Most Important Questions reconnected me to my purpose and the life I actually want to live. The LifeBook Quest became my anchor—teaching me compassion, gratitude, and the power of dreaming big. And through the coaching sessions, I learned to hold space with presence, silence, and trust—watching clients dissolve old stories and step into clarity.
I stopped waiting for “perfect” and started serving. I tested discovery calls, designed and filmed my first program soon to be launched, and built the foundation of my coaching practice—proof that aligned action creates momentum.
Today, I feel deeply grateful—for the teachers who showed me that spirituality and ambition can dance, for the science that backs the soul work, and for the community that turned courage into a daily habit.
“The master does not need to forgive—for the master understands.”
This wisdom now guides how I meet both my clients and myself—with compassion first, then creation.
This certification isn’t an ending—it’s the ignition point.
I’m stepping forward as a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach with a calm heart, a fierce vision, and a simple vow: to help people remember who they are, choose what matters, and build lives that feel like home.
This is only the beginning.
