Before this program, I felt stuck and stagnant. My heart and body were screaming at me to change, move, wake up and take action; but my mind was asleep and on autopilot. Thanks to this program, I have awakened my mind and begun dreaming again. I didn't realize I had lost passion for life and forgot how to dream.
