I joined Mindvalley at a time of transition in my life and needed guidance and support. I found Mindvalley on Facebook and explored the universe of inspiration and wisdom I found. Since I was literally receiving messages from my environment that there was something in my energy - didn't seem happy, which is saying something because I'm always finding the silver lining in life - it was time for a shift. I began my Mindvalley journey in February 2025, finding Duality with Jeffrey Allen who taught me in so many ways about energy in both experience, generous grace and a supportive collective - practices I use everyday. I'm so grateful for this experience and where it's leading me.
Soon after starting the Duality quest, an invitation came for the certified life coach masterclass - perfect timing. I have followed a somewhat conventional life and career path, with a few twists and turns...and it’s led me here. Life coaching has been calling me for about 10 years and now it's time to do the most important work yet. After just completing my life coaching certification course, I’m launching my coaching practice. It feels good to pursue a quest that’s truly and uniquely mine and to serve a higher purpose like never before. This program exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ve grown through the content and coaching and have met some beautiful souls all around the world because of this program. Thank you Mindvalley and community for this exponential space to love, learn and create lasting light in the world! I'm so proud to be part of this pivotal shift in consciousness we are sharing and creating together.
