I am an HR professional. I served corporate and employees for 28 years. A large part of my job was dealing with restructuring the organization, downsizing, and terminations due to restructuring. I desperately needed to get out of that environment. I wanted to be in a space where I could build up and not break down. I wanted to be in a space where I could help people transform into a better version of themselves and create a beautiful life.
I knew what I wanted, but I did not know how to get there. I left work in January 2023. I felt unsure, I was second-guessing my decision, and at times I felt a heightened level of insecurity and often felt sad. In February 2023 I registered for the Mindvalley Certified Life Coaching Program. As I went through each model my emotional state changed. I am at peace, in a state of bliss. I have clarity and I know what I want to do with the next chapters of my life. I feel that I am stepping into my purpose and it feels great.
