Before starting the certification program, I had spent 13 years working in the corporate world, including roles in consulting and as a lawyer, at one of the big multinational companies. At the peak of my career, I faced numerous challenges simultaneously. Moving to Australia for my husband's job opportunity, losing my mom, leaving my career, and saying goodbye to my dad, friends, colleagues, and everything familiar in Italy was a significant upheaval. It felt like a massive disruption in my life.
Despite the difficulties, this period of my life turned out to be incredibly rewarding. It was a transformational roller coaster of emotions that ultimately led me to a place of absolute happiness, gratitude, and growth. This journey allowed me to reconnect with my true passion and mission: coaching.
