Since starting this program, I have experienced a significant transformation. Prior to joining, I was feeling miserable and both my husband and my mom believed I was dealing with depression. I felt lost and anxious about life. Thanks to this program, I have started to connect with myself, engaging in daily meditation and rewiring my mindset by adopting new beliefs and discarding old ones. Now, my life is filled with positivity. I have discovered my purpose and feel confident in myself. I am more mindful of my thoughts and have shifted from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. Additionally, I feel more equipped to raise my son and guide him towards a happier and more fulfilling life.
