"You are feeling so very relaxed now, that's right"

Before I started this program, to be a Paul McKenna certified Hypnotherapist, I had trained in other change work/coaching but I felt like I was missing something to make my skills even more effective. Years ago, I completed a bachelor's degree in psychology. More recently I experienced WildFit and was impressed by the master coaches I got to study under. I also trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and followed through with the secondary course to be eligible to take the certifying exam for health coaches (probably finish that certification this summer). I added some more specific technique courses in Holobody and several courses from the Nervous System School. I am currently doing my case studies for a Havening Techniques certification which ties into the Paul McKenna Hypnotherapy course directly as he demonstrates a bit of it in his course. The Paul McKenna course tied together listening to, inspiring, and letting the client bring the goals from prior training and added indirect ways to help a client when they are feeling stuck. Now I know I can help you improve at least some of what you want to improve, and help you feel good doing it :-)

I also know that I have gone through huge changes in my own life in the last few years and with my new skills I have created clearer goals and direction, lessened my pain, added so much more resiliency, and upped my happiness quotient to a new scale. When I come to a temporary roadblock, I can use my coaching skills, including hypnotherapy, on myself, always re-proving my effectiveness to myself, and reaffirming that I can help so many others as well.

You are feeling so very relaxed now, that's right
