A few months before this program I realized I had been psychologically deceived for my whole life and I became obsessed with psychology, the mind, and spiritual science, leading me to found a non-profit called Spiritual Data to leverage my skills in Computational Linguistics. Fortunately, I came across MindValley and I knew essentially nothing about hypnotherapy nor had thoughts of being a hypnotherapist, but taking this certification was exactly what I needed at this time of my life.
Now I have tools for the mind that I use multiple times a day, for physical health as a runner, work as a programmer, connecting with my young children, and my explorations in spiritual phenomena. I've supplemented this certificate with a separate course in hypnotherapy for depression (my wife has clinical depression) and this certificate was a fantastic basis to make that one quick and easy.
This was great preparation for my upcoming Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. I've already helped someone who went through a recent divorce and said they felt better than they had in a year, and I'm excited to continue helping my wife, use hypnosis to advance every area of my life, and explore spirituality. Hypnosis techniques work great in conjunction with LifeBook! And now my vision for my career does include hypnotherapy.
I'm also an expert in Natural Languages Processing and I've already started using Neural Linguistic Programming techniques for prompt engineering (to interact with ChatGPT). This is an excellent time to learn how to use language to achieve outcomes.
