I came in with a pretty open mind and I thought, well, let's see how it'll unfold. I was a little apprehensive but I must say that it was completely unfounded. There were a series of tiny shifts and as they say all it takes is a 1% shift to end up in a completely different direction. Over the last few days there have been a lot of small shifts and I'm sure by the time I leave here I'll be in totally different place. It is really really valuable not only from serving your clients perspective but also from a personal standpoint. If you are on the fence, jump, jump in.
