I have been a fan of Paul McKenna for many years. When I saw he was teaching this, even though it would take time away from other projects, I knew I just had to take it. 
 It was even better than I expected. The best word that I can give to it is "usable"; it gives you easy to understand tools, techniques, and ways of thinking that can be immediately applied to your own life as well as to others.
