I took this course because I was looking for the best way to help leaders develop sustainable business habits. Having gone through numerous books and techniques, I concluded that the unconscious mind is the answer, which is what has pushed me to study the topic deeper.
Paul McKenna has exceeded my expectations by far, delivering a real Rolls-Royce of Hypnotherapy and NLP combined, as well as overviewing other techniques that he thought were helpful to be aware of.
As usual, Paul was enigmatic and, at the same time, he was humble and did answer all the questions that I had. He was accompanied by Tina and Steve, who are superb trainers in their own right with decades of experience in the subject.
It has not only allowed me to dive deeper into executive coaching but also helped to understand, that I was using some of the techniques in sales without being aware of them! Now I understand the reasons behind persuasive language in sales, politics, and advertising.
