Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist

"It wasn't exactly what I expected."

It wasn't exactly what I expected. My husband had a stroke earlier this year. So it's still very very fresh. I went on stage and had my tears and all. But here's the thing: Grief functions in different ways, and while it's happening you still have to function. I realised that by going through this experience people can get through major trauma in their life. And something like this can shortcut a lot of things. Whether you want to be a hypnotherapist or not, there's skills here you can take with you no matter the profession.
