I went to the LA manifesting weekend with Mindvalley,and was inspired to take a course online. Paul McKenna created a wonderful team and curriculum to follow through the hypnotherapy course has been inspiring and has helped me grow exponentially in my healing modalities as a Reiki Master and Theta healing practitioner.

I feel like my own nerve system received a reset going through the week to week labs. It has built my confidence to frame difficult situations from a new perspective that brings a deepening of true inner peace with ease. This is a program that gives incredible human tools for making your life the best it can be. I would recommend program for anyone who wanted to learn more about the brain. It was fascinating and sometimes jaw-dropping to see how easy it is to change belief patterns. I truly loved the humor in the course as well. Paul McKenna is a true master of hypnosis with a fantastic voice.

I am so grateful to the students that shared in my cohort. We have team meet ups for practice weekly. One of the my most grateful part of the program was working with like minded friends from all over the world.

My most difficult part before I started the online program was working with tech,zoom and online. Mindvalley makes it pretty smooth to uplevel online.
