 I had successfully used self hypnosis in the past so I was excited to learn how to help others using hypnosis. The learning modules were easily understood and fun to do. The practise sessions encouraged friendships and an opportunity for feedback and more skill development. The instructors and coaches were humorous and encouraging. I now feel more confident and ready to help everyone be their best self.
