Before this program this was me:
I am in fitness industry, I consider myself mindful, intuitive movement coach. i’ve been working as a personal trainer at Equinox fitness club for 17 years. First 12 years I was living and working in New York City. Last five I work and live in Orange county, CA. One of the first aspect that I work with my clients is working with their mind. We work on accepting ourselves with love, and then stepping into movement action from the abundance. At that point, we already reached destination we were chasing entire life. Here and now. My focus is on longevity and functional movement. Creating a youthful, athletic body in balance. My niche is hand balancing.
I am 47 years old. Born in Serbia. Moved to United States at 28. Married for 11 years to a love of my life. Father of a 10 year old boy and the six year-old girl.
After Hypnotherapy I feel incredibly inspired to evolve and find new ways to help my clients not only achieving health goals but in many other areas of their lives.
