"I feel I can help myself and other family & friends to reduce phobias"

After a failed certificate from Viome Mindvalley certified nutrition coach program, Viome did not offer any consolation whatsoever. At least Mindvalley gave us the option to select another certification. Due to my mom‘s intense fear of lizards, I felt perhaps the hypnotherapist course could help me reduce her fear of lizards, during this challenging time in her elderly life.

Interestingly, Paul, McKenna, Steve and Tina were amazing teachers/ coaches! I sincerely learned a lot and realized I had a lot of false assumptions about hypnotherapy, like many.

Honestly, I couldn’t test the phobia of lizards that my mom had. Somehow along the way with her aging and slight dementia, her fear of lizards decreased on its own.

However, I feel I can help myself and other family & friends to reduce phobias, assist in self improvement challenges, etc.
