Before this program, I thought I had a good handle on life. I've had my share of challenges and disappointments as well as accomplishments. Hypnotherapy sounded like something intriguing. I didn't expect to experience the changes and growth it provided. My confidence and courage increased. I found myself being calmer. I don't react as often. I even laugh more. I have watched others grow as well as they allowed me to practice new skills with them. I really enjoy the growth I've made and the outlook of each new day.
