I began this journey to become a certified hypnotherapist because I have been fascinated with how the mind works, and how to overcome issues we face by reprogramming the mind. I knew hypnotherapy was a path I wanted to take and experience for myself. During this course, I developed so many insights into my own life and became so excited to share what I have learned. The group of people we all got to work with was one of empowerment. I received so much support from my fellow students, so much uplifting words, and so much courage. By the end, I felt so confident because of the support from my peers and team. I am so excited to share this journey and help others break free from habits, negative loops, or fears. This class provided me with many confirmations into my own life and way of helping others and I’m looking forward to what comes next!
