Before this program, I was running the same story over and over in my head from the perspective of being the victim, as I was screwed over by some investors in a company I was a partner in. This course has enabled me to not only understand the inner workings of how our brain remembers and replays memories from certain perspectives but also reframe the story that I had been ruminating over and over about these investors into a story of overcoming adversity, growth and embarking on a path to help others.
