"These meditations will be a game changer for so many people you serve as their coach."

In the beginning, four months ago I felt excited and was in anticipation of all that I would learn about Holobody. My hopes were to discover a new way of approaching to the transformation of overall health. Hearing Vishen talk about how his health was transformed when he met Ronan perked my attention to wanting to know more. I chose to know more about how someone like Vishan who has transformed so many people's lives, was sharing how his life had changed dramatically. I thought, “If Vishen saw great results and is benefiting from the advice of Ronan and others then I would like to find out more about Holobody and implement it in my life.” I was curious to know what I could do differently than what I’ve been doing for the past thirty years with my health and fitness. I have been a runner all my life and going to the gym every morning was part of my routine. I was always mindful of my overall physical weight and how I felt when I would exercise in the morning. Now I was ready for something new that I had heard about before and embarked on this journey of Holobody with Ronan, Ajit, and Vishen.
 What I encountered were very interesting tips and techniques for building rapport with the client and how to guide them gently to their transformation. What was most helpful were the tips that were given that thought were game-changers for me. One of those tips was the whole process of weight training and how to accurately train with weights. Learning about the Holobowl and eating that most days was so nice to add to my dinnertime. Another game-changer tip was adding a pinch of Himalayan salt to water and fasting. I noticed that adding the salt helped me to fast throughout the day and doing the 4-7-8 breathing technique was working great for me. There were so many good tips that Ronan, Ajit, and Vishen shared and I could go on and on. I was most grateful for learning about body talk because I hadn’t done that before or at least not in the way that it was described to do it. I am grateful for this because it helped me appreciate my body and what I put into my body. My moments of the challenge were when all I could do was just listen and watch the videos. I decided that instead of not watching the videos because I wasn’t able to take notes and do the journaling that was required, I chose to just watch and keep going. I wanted to continue the forward momentum and know that I could go back and take notes later. And really dig deep into the journaling, articles, and links that were added each day. 
 Where I am now is I am fasting every day and drinking more water than I have before. I have started taking some of the supplements that Ronan suggested. I am eating more of the Holobowl for dinner most days during the week. I have done the workouts that Ronan suggested to do and the peaceful warrior. The modification of the Sun Salutation that Ronan presented is what I have been doing when I do yoga for the day. I also do the three-phase and 6 phase meditation. 
 I am looking forward to going back and taking notes and journals with the intention to apply it to my life so the clients I work with will apply it to their life. I am looking forward to being added to the MindValley website and connecting with potential clients. Being effective and transformative and serving humanity with holistic health is what I ultimately look forward to doing with getting my Holobody certification. 
What I would say to my younger self four months ago is as follows:
 You will be amazed at how your life will change when you follow the instructions for exercise and nutrition. The methods that are described by Ajit, Ronan, and Vishen will spark inspiration and encouragement. You will be glad to have received a such wealth of knowledge because you will be licensed to teach the three-phase meditation and 6 phase meditation. These meditations will be a game changer for so many people you serve as their coach. Just know that there is work required for you to listen and take notes. Lots of journaling and talking to your body will be required as you go through this process. Don’t be hard on yourself because you’re falling behind, embrace the process and love it the whole way through. You will have access to the information for a lifetime and can always go back to dig in more deeply to better serve your clients. Hope you are AWESOME and GREAT at being of service to humanity through coaching and know that I am always here with you, surrounding you, upholding you. There is no need to fear because God’s divine plan is unfolding perfectly in your favor. Trust the process and be thankful and grateful for everything that is happening in your life because it's ALL GOOD and in YOUR FAVOR!!
