Before this program, I felt very disconnected. Thanks to this program, I experienced a level of connection that was mind-blowing. I was introduced to body talk which made me realize how I had been speaking in my head and treating myself. It caused me to become aware of how important and real my relationship to my body is. I also had the most amazing experience of connection during our group calls. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced online, and I have been a part of plenty of online courses. And now, my life is full of awareness and aspirations to bring my ideas to help others.
