Wow what a journey.
Before the six phase meditation brought me to this course I had no belief in myself and only dared to dream when I meditated. I could not have crossed the stepping stones pictured below far too scary, my life was in a boring rut and I never lost weight.
14 weeks on I have celebrated so many times I have lost count.
First time was when I was accepted on to the course, then I amazed myself and passed my exams, just one more to go. Then I found out that what I had visualised I was actually good at. Then I started to believe in me and the universe responded.
My body changed, my mental clarity sharpened and for the first time in my life scary was ok. It has taken me 52 years to get to this place, but the journey has been worth it and I would not change the journey I have taken to get to today.
I am so happy and grateful to Ajit, Vishen, Toma, Ronan, Sid and all my amazing Holobody friends for supporting me and being part of my journey of self discovery. It has refreshed my mind body and soul & I look forward to the next chapter of my journey and my continual quest to grow. I would highly recommend this course, although it is much more than that but everyone's journey is different - come and discover where this will take you.
