After covid gripped the world, I felt my world becoming smaller and smaller, after being so involved with my community. I really felt stuck and couldn't plan anything for my future. My exercise routine also stagnated and therefore the rest of my health started to slide backward. After about a year of this, I took a hard look at myself and asked "What's going on with me? I have to snap out of this!" Next thing I know, Holobody Certification announced it was running a new cycle and I thought, this is just what I need! I Learned the 7 Basic Needs, saw what could be improved in my life, altered my mindset, and away I went up the success ladder. I've since lost 10 lbs and feel so strong, inside and out. Signing up for this journey was one of the best decisions I ever made!
