Since 2002, my journey as an entrepreneur has taken me far and wide, connecting me with diverse companies across the globe. I visited companies in different industries and noticed many clients wrestled with the same fundamental aspects of running a business. Over time, I became intimately acquainted with their challenges, sometimes even more than they were. But after many years, my actual business started to become routine. I started to become hungry for more. I realized with my international, diverse experience that I could not only help companies with their challenges but this would also be fun.

The consultation had always been part of my toolkit, but it was incomplete and lacked structure. The combination of coaching and consulting would certainly enhance the value I could offer to my clients.

I always found vision statements so fluffy and out of this world, but creating a vivid vision is a different ball game. Translating this vision into a strategic plan, breaking it down quarter by quarter, month by month, and week by week, became a powerful strategy.
