I was at professional crossroads. With a successful and rewarding career in Information Technology, I felt there was more to my experience than the technology acumen that I wanted to grow and put into service for others. It was the experience I accumulated working with and for people, as an individual contributor, lead or mentor. 
This program helped me find my calling as a coach and gave me the skills to grow into this new career path. The master coaches along with the community created around the program, gave me the confidence and support that I needed to make this big step. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my professional and personal life.
