I enrolled in the Certified Business Coaching program to improve my skills as Coach. I have been a Business Consultant to entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses for 12 years, but I have found that in some (many) cases, lasting behavioral change is necessary in order for a company to realize rapid growth and exponential success.
The Evercoach program provided so many resources to work with teams and management as well to find the method that would be most effective given the particular structure of the company as well as the culture within that company.
I had previously read many of the books and used many of the tools they recommended, but there were many more I had not used, and I found myself wishing that this course existed years ago!

As the landscape of how we do business is changing on a global level, now more than ever businesses must be nimble, efficient, and able to adapt quickly to this ever-changing environment. This is a crucial skill the leadership must develop if they are to be successful and compete in today's rapid-paced economy.
This program has multiplied the resources and skills I have in my toolbox to help my clients achieve their personal, financial and mission-based goals, no matter what the economy brings, what stage their business is in, or what challenges (internal and external) they face.
And I must give a shout out to the course facilitators. They are not only great at what they do, but they do everything with love, and a genuine concern for their students.
