After 4 days of my 10 day break (using Mindvalley of course to help guide me through), I got an email about Supercoach summit, I had not realised what it was, but it was the first time I could be away from home responsiblities and actually commit, so I signed up to the live stream. I figured it would help me be a better leader at my company. On the evening of that first day, with the guided meditation Vishan took the group through, I had clarity for the first time in my life. The tears started flowing and I had the little girl inside me that never knew how to answer the question: What do you want to be when you grow up? Proudly say, 'I want to coach people to be the best versions of themselves, to overcome the trials and adversity that high stress careers are going to sap from them, and to help them not just succeed, but love what they do.'
I did a lot of research after that, as I wanted to sign up right away for CBC, but I wanted to do it knowing I considered all the options.
There was zero regret, from that first nervous anticipation of the first session, the lessons, labs and over 50 hours of actual coaching I have done in the 3 months since, to the sadness it is over mixed with anticipation of what is to come next, I am ready to embrace the uncomfortable, lean on my tribe when I need to and to help make this world a little better for having me in it.
