Before this program, I had recently completed a life coaching course, aiming to broaden my skills beyond the corporate landscape where I've spent over 20 years in coaching and consulting. Despite my extensive background, I felt somewhat confined within the institutionalized structures of corporate environments. Currently, I'm actively involved in coaching and consulting three teams totaling around 15 individuals. Enrolling in this program was an invaluable opportunity for me to further develop my expertise, particularly in building my newly established coaching practice.

Thanks to this program, the past five years have been transformative. I've consciously broken free from the confines of institutionalized structures, embracing fresh perspectives and fostering authenticity in all facets of my life. This program has been instrumental in advancing my journey toward authenticity and meaningful work. As evidence of this, I recently applied for a position with a charity, fueled by my aspiration to aid them in improving their operational efficiency and effectiveness. It signifies a significant stride in my dedication to leveraging my skills and passion to enact positive change in the world.
