And if I had to, I would be anxious, feel out of my depth and keep questioning my approach. This program gave me a structure to systemize my previous knowledge and build confidence in my skills. Plus, it gave me ready-to-use tools, systems and methodologies, which I can deploy to maximize the impact of my coaching.
