When considering the Certified Business Coach program, I was already an experienced business consultant and entrepreneur. I was motivated to deepen my capacity to advise entrepreneurs and business leaders to cultivate the right conditions for high-performing teams, where everyone feels inspired and gets the right work done on the right timelines to build momentum, growth, and impact. wanted to help leaders create the kind of team experience where they can take a journey together that they will look back on for years in the future with pride in their achievements and admiration for those they served and supported.
During the program, I found the frameworks and models distilled a lot of complexity out of areas of business and got to the essence of problems that typically bog people down. These frameworks and tools have helped me hone my mental models to focus my attention on the most impactful challenge a business faces and have improved the clarity of my thinking. This has made me a more effective entrepreneur and consultant.
The extraordinary thing about the course is that it meets you right where you are in your journey, whether you are just starting out in business or are an experienced business professional, you'll learn something valuable through this program.
I actually didn't intend to pursue coaching after the certification, but as I dug into the program work and connected with other participants in the labs, I realized just how impactful sharing my perspectives and experiences can be to another human being. I challenged some of my limiting beliefs while engaging with other participants and now I can't see a path where coaching isn't a part of what I do because I get so much energy from helping others uncover new perspectives and possibilities within themselves and in the world.
