I have a small business in Singapore, before this Certification I felt like I was spinning my wheels. I didn't really know what to do nor did I know if what I was doing was the right thing or if it was actually working? I was lost..... CBC gave me the direction that I needed and the confidence in knowing that what I was learning and implementing was worthwhile and positively transformative.
I feel like CBC has given me the toolsets needed to create success for myself and my team. I just show up differently now and my team has taken notice of this. I coach and consult my team now, working with them as opposed to before when i was just "the boss" It feels different, it is different.
I have just created a implementation program for my company using the 8 modules that CBC teaches us. It is a 4 month program which just started last week and I am very excited to see how it goes for me, my team and my company as a whole.
