I have been an executive leadership coach and consultant for over 25 years. My primary focus for the past 10 years has been higher education institutions and leaders. As I was searching for a program to get my CEUs for the renewal of my ICF ACC accreditation, I came across CBC as a part of my Mindvalley membership. I liked the concept of coach/consultant as that is how I have functioned with my clients for most of my professional life.
The program far exceeded my expectations! I appreciated the foundational frameworks combined with hands-on practice in the labs and shared case studies and examples. As a result of participating in the content, the weekly sessions with Ajit, and participating in the labs with other participants around the globe, I have continued to refine my coaching and consulting and have seen the results with my clients. Hearing the stories and talking with the other participants, I have decided to expand my clientele to a few businesses beyond higher education with a focus on women-owned businesses. My clientele has continued to grow during the program and my referrals have continued to increase as a result of the enhanced impact I am having with clients.
