Before coming to the program, I had run a business for many years and really enjoyed the process of coaching my team and my clients. I wasn't sure if this was something I could apply outside of my direct business and clients. I was also aware that I didn't have the tools or frameworks needed to really start coaching & consulting.
The program confirmed for me that my life and business experience was something that would be valuable outside of my immediate business and could translate to outside businesses. And I got those tools and frameworks.
