"The first thing that changed was my perspective regarding the changes that the process was causing for me"

Before I started this program, I was drawn to coaching but really didn't know that I knew anything about coaching. A friend was pushing me to try it out and I recognized immediately that I have been coaching/consulting for many years and calling it something else. Just as I began taking on a couple clients, the opportunity came up to join the CBC program. There is no way this was a coincidence. 
Soon after the program began, I started to watch the impact of my coaching grow as the methodology started to take shape. The first thing that changed was my perspective regarding the changes that the process was causing for me. 
The impact to my clients just started to grow and even the number of clients that came my way began to grow. In fact, I had to put a cap on the number so I could have time to complete the certification and further work to define my plan and my niche. Now that I've reached the end of CBC, the universe has stopped pushing me and started to pull me as if I am not moving fast enough! Thank you Ajit, Sid (I was in Sid's lab), Fran & Jan for an amazing start to this journey!
