"The experience has definitely been exceptional"

Before this program I was considered a strong internal coach. But I learned I was actually just doing business consulting. As I learned more about the psychological aspects of listening and drawing out the client's story, hopes and dreams I was able to be a more impactful leader. My team culture has grown and evolved to empower everyone and give them new confidence. The opportunity to learn beside more experienced coaches and other novices in the Coaching pods allowed me to actually experience and cement the processes. I also made so many good friends around the world-many who helped me set my path for 6 months, 1 year and 3 year goals. The experience has definitely been exceptional and encouraged me to seek another certification in Holobody to continue my learning journey.
