I joined Mindvalley a few years back when I discovered Lifebook Online. This provided me an opportunity to rediscover my dreams and reconnect to my core values after going through a divorce. It put my life back on track and I connected with interesting coaches from all over the world.
My background was in nursing. I was a critical care nurse for almost fifteen years and then managed a radiology practice for close to ten years. It was after this career I learned about the world of holistic health and coaching. I became a board-certified nurse coach and then a certified personal & executive coach. I contemplated the business coaching & consulting certification program for almost a year. These certifications combine my nursing and business background.
The values of Evercoach resonate with me as the focus is on Love & Service.
Before joining this program, I had been carrying some baggage on how the medical practice ended. I became afraid of both success and failure. I was afraid I would overwork again if I became successful and I was afraid of heartbreak if my ideas failed. This kept me stuck from moving on to the next chapter of life.
The Certified Business Coach & Consulting Program clarified the source of all my fears and how to overcome them. Ajit and the rest of the coaches provide such positive energy. They are able to explain how businesses succeed in a succinct manner. Each lesson made more and more sense.
The biggest changes in me from doing CBC are that I have a better understanding of business, I am willing to explore new ideas and I am accepting of mistakes as feedback and not failure.
