The Certified Business Coach (CBC) program greatly enhanced the breadth and depth of my business understanding. I was trained and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and have many years of experience in product management, but there were areas of business, such as culture and teams, planning, and systems where my knowledge was not as strong as I would have liked.
Also, I greatly benefited from the coaching and consulting materials. The coaching materials were helpful in becoming a better leader of others and even learning how to break down to analyze and improve my own behaviors. The consulting materials were valuable to learn how to analyze a business from a first principles approach and then package my recommendations.
In addition to the excellent materials, I gained additional insights and built lasting relationships in dealing with other cohort participants, both inside and outside the labs.
I highly recommend the CBC program!
