I started and built my business over the last 9 years, during this time I have seen many successes and just as many failures which have resulted in some great lessons in business.
What I have realised, is that in the UK, we do not have a great support network for businesses when they are struggling. My goal is to exit my business and set up a consulting business which focuses on helping businesses turn around from a struggling business to a flying business.
To do this well, I wanted a framework. The CBC course has provided the education, which consolidates my experiences and aligns it with tools and techniques that can really help businesses.
