Before this Quest I was stuck in perfectionism and the need to please people while trying to help them. Are used to coach and help others instinctively, but not always obtain the results, the person wanted.

After taking this Program I am able to apply different techniques to help business owners, professionals, women and families, struggling with different challenges. I feel confident and connected to my purpose. My self-awareness and spiritual strength reached a higher level of maturity.

The reason I enrolled in this program wants to expand my knowledge, experience, and support network as a coach. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was to develop my own coaching style by combining multiple techniques, depending on the circumstances, the culture and complexity of the challenge in a more structured wayz

Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is communication, assertiveness, Self awareness, I believe you maintain a healthy relationship with myself and others.

Embarking in this journey was a big milestone for me as a person and as a coach because I feel seen, heard, respected valued.

My kids and my coach Laura in the pics kept me motivated to finish the program despite of external factors preventing me from making progress and getting to the finish line :)
