"Thanks to this amazing course, I have awoken my inner coach and my confidence has grown"

Before the program, I was at a crossroads after 7 years of running a successful CBD business called Amma Life, not sure what to do and unsure if coaching was the path for me. Uncertain about what next step to take in my professional career. Yet I felt ready to learn something new and step into a new area. Though the future seemed unclear, I have always been drawn to being a business coach, for many years now. Since completing this Quest, I have grown so much and realized I have what it takes to be a great business coach, I already have so many great experiences and qualities to be present to help my clients to get the results they are seeking. What shifted inside me? I learned that I already have everything that it takes to be a great coach, I AM a coach, I have a great foundation and I am able to grow each day to be the best version of myself. I realize that I own the story that I tell myself and that my fear that I was not enough, was just that – a story. The truth is that I have what it takes, I feel alive and inspired when I coach and this is an area I will pursue to serve others to grow their business and live the life of their dreams.

I now listen to understand rather than to respond. By practicing with my peers, I saw firsthand how I regularly create a safe space for my clients to open up and explore where they are, what their blockages might be, and what solutions they want to explore to achieve their goals. It felt great!

What were the biggest breakthroughs? To be gracious and give others the benefit of the doubt, and trust that others have their own answers to their issues, I am just here to open that space and help guide them to that insight.
