Before this Quest, I was looking to learn more about coaching and consulting frameworks that can be applied to Small and Medium Enterprises as this was my target market that needed my professional skills in business process management.
I am a solopreneur managing 3 businesses and embarking on building professional services in business process management for SMEs as I have been working for MNCs, and local, state, and federal government agencies in this domain of expertise. My goal was to build this framework and seek new opportunities leveraging the Mindvalley community.
Completing this CBC program has enabled me to adopt the coaching and consulting framework to complement my existing toolkit without having to spend substantial time building it. In addition, I have now found a community that I can leverage off and would further enhance my capability with Mindvalley and Evercoach quests with the hope that I can be part of the coaching team to deliver business process management consulting to the Mindvalley coaching community who have a need for my domain expertise.
