"Thank you for making me believe in ME and here's to being limitless"

Impact. Purpose. Direction. Clarity. Conviction. 

These five words shaped my decision to step away from a +20-year sports marketing career by the end of 2024, my ‘final season’ and write an exciting new chapter in my Life Book. 

It was bold, brave, and terrifying. But I knew it was time to 'retire' from the grind, step up to rediscover my mojo and unlock ME. I’ve uncovered a clear path to growth, freedom, and impact, by unleashing my passion for people and teams and the limitless power of a business performance mindset. 

My CBC journey reignited ME and gave me a sense of belonging. It has been the most powerful investment in ME and the Return on Impact is clear: partnering with clients to unlock how good they're going to be! 

This gives me goosebumps and none of this would be possible without the truly remarkable, well-structured and transformative CBC certification.
