Before joining the Mindvalley certified business coach program I was running a marketing agency. While we did a lot of consulting as part of that agency, I believed that the only way we could provide value was in implementing the strategies. So, we were essentially consulting for free and billing for doing agency work, building funnels, etc. Essentially the lower value work.
Since taking the program I've recognized the value that I bring to the table due to the experience I have in both marketing and entrepreneurship and recognize that knowledge and experience brings value on its own. We don't have to be stuck providing commoditized services like building funnels, copywriting, or email marketing, but can provide a higher level of delivery by helping businesses develop their overall marketing and business strategy.
