My biggest challenge was I did not have a structure in my coaching or consulting. And I didn't have the appropriate tools for my coachees and clients. I did a quest "Life Visioning Mastery" with Michael Beckwith and in the visioning exercise, I realized that I needed to level up my service in Human management at work.
Some weeks later, I was doing the quest of "Silva Ultramind system" with Vishen asking myself what is the next action I need to do in order to manifest my vision, when a bubble came up, I opened it and it was an amazing calling for this certification. I say yes without hesitation because I knew this was my next step. And I was right!
One of my greatest takeaways from this quest is how to improve team management skills with real and easy tools. When I started this certification, I was providing team management training to the managers of my company. As our certification goes on, I find myself reviewing and enriching my training with practical exercises and tools in fields like communication, emotional management, leadership, Conflict management, mindset, behavior... And the greatest part is that my trainees find it helpful, practical and easy to follow and use. Also my manager told me that I am getting better everyday at work, with more passion and clear methods. And it is absolutely true. Thanks to you!
