Before the program I had many coaching assignments as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I always felt, there is missing something. Reading about coaching I became aware that what I am actually doing is consulting, training and mentoring. However, all those books and articles did not have much of an impact on what I do. Speaking with coaches I felt, that their approach would not fit my needs and that of my clients. Their focus was in fact life coaching.
With the CBC program I immediately saw that this was exactly what would help: An intelligently combined approach of consulting on the problem and coaching the person. The course itself with all those very practical tips, coaching practices and simple but impactful theory brought me on track. Great trainers/ coaches and great community - I love both!
Now I get more and more very positive feedback on my adapted coaching approach, am developing a coaching community within the 10k+ employee company I work for and have much more confidence in the actual coaching with which I am able to help.My Service portfolio broadened significantly and I have a few quite promising projects I am working on to bring my services to people and adding significant value. I am exited about the potential and expect to work together also with some of the people I met in the CBC program.
