As the directors took to the stage to speak, I suddenly had the thought 'I could coach these guys'. After that, I had a meeting scheduled with one of the directors and, at a relevant point, took the plunge to say that I was also a coach.
Well, we ended up talking for over an hour about self-realization, quantum manifestation, creating your life, all sorts; he loved it, so much so that he told the Managing Director to come in and then asked me to repeat everything I had been saying.
That night, after seeing that new possibility, I enrolled in Evercoach's Business Coaching Certification program and set the firm intention that I would make those fees back by the end of the course. I'm so glad I did. Every time I met with the same director, or spoke with him on the phone, he would tell me how he couldn't stop thinking about our conversation and had been telling everyone about it.
Then, while working with the directors (as a marketing consultant) on their vision for the company, I woke up in the middle of the night with an idea to pitch a coaching workshop to them centred around getting all of the staff on to the same page with that vision, and how to embody it. Nervously, I got on the computer in the morning, opened my email, put a rough pitch together and then pressed 'send' before I could talk myself out of it. They took two weeks to respond (and they usually responded straight away). Of course, all of the limiting thoughts came up (Oh my God, I've made a complete fool of myself... so on). But then, two weeks later, I got an email. 'Yes, we're interested, can we talk about this on a call with all of the directors?' Currently, they are excited for me to coach the directors, then the executive team, and then the senior managers based on my initial pitch. Who knows where it will lead? No-one, but i'm excited to find out.
Had I not seen and considered this course, that initial thought of 'I could coach these guys' would likely have never entered my head. I have ultimate respect and admiration for Ajit, Fran and Sid.
Not only does this course equip you with everything you need to start coaching businesses, but it is also born out of the pure intention for service, for the progress of individuals and humanity. In other words, it's born of love. That is what makes this course worth every penny. Do it.
PS I've run a marketing business for 10 years. I learned so much in the marketing module it was like my past experience was non-existent! So even if you think you know, go for it anyway.
