Very comprehensive and high quality content, extremely well organized, amasing mentors and coaches and beautiful community…overall, a wonderful and transformative experience.

I enrolled in the CBC course as I felt I needed to do something more purposeful. I thought that my combined legal, financial and business knowledge would be magnified by coaching skills and I could have more impact both in my current position and more generally by guiding other leaders and business owners towards a greater and more meaningful success. What I did not expect was the deeply transformative effect the course had on me personally, and the many “aha” moments it produced. Ever since I started my career I had a number of managerial and leadership positions and I considered myself successful in everything I undertook. During the course I found myself digesting the information provided, doing various exercises, practicing in coaching pods and understanding that I could have done so much better “should I have known earlier”. My self-awareness increased exponentially, I became a better person in may day-to-day life, a better parent, a better friend, a better colleague and above all a much better leader. During the coaching pods I also understood that being a coach comes very naturally to me. I also had the opportunity to have coaching sessions outside the pods with a few leaders, and the results unfolding in front of my eyes were a delight for the mind and heart alike. I am looking forward to continuing this journey and applying all the skills, knowledge and tools that this wonderful program and its amasing organizers so heartfully provided. Deeply grateful…
