Before this program I was very busy with a young family, a full-time job as a senior manager, a business start-up, and a side role as a transformation coach, teaching a course for a well-known personal development company effectively on a franchise basis.
Thanks to this course I have spent some time assessing my priorities and now plan to leverage my 20+ years in corporate roles to become a business coach helping companies to develop, become more profitable and happier places to work. I was very stretched and not really achieving much with any of my initiatives but now I am focusing most of my energy on becoming a business coach thanks to the LERR tool.
My life now is more purposeful and I have signed up with Accelerator to help me take action to achieve my goal of becoming a full-time business coach and eventually giving up my day job.
