Before this program I was quite confident, but didn't have an overall understanding of the company as a whole. I also didn't have any skills in coaching.
This certification taught me all important areas of a company as well as working with core questions and tools to get to the actual problem.
My coaching skills have improved and I have my own clients now. I also feel more confident in helping more complex (larger) companies get to the bottom of things, which feels great! Thanks!
