I had taken two coaching courses a few years ago and I did not feel that they prepared me adequately to be an effective approach. Mindvalley's First Principle Method has given me structure that I lacked and has given me more confidence in being able to coach more effectively. The approach on the consulting side is excellent and actually has given me a better perspective on how to consult with clients. This comes from a person who has been in private industry for over 40 years and also taught business as an adjunct professor.
