I had taken two coaching courses a few years ago and I did not feel that they prepared me adequately to be an effective approach. Mindvalley's First Principle Method has given me structure that I lacked and has given me more confidence in being able to coach more effectively. The approach on the consulting side is excellent and actually has given me a better perspective on how to consult with clients.
